1' 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 cup white sugar, sifted
1 cup Mott’s 100% Apple Juice
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp cashews
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder


1. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2. In a separate bowl and using an electric mixer, cream butter until smooth. Add Mott’s 100% Apple Juice and mix. Add dry ingredients and blend well.

3. Using a tablespoon, drop cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.

4. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

5. Allow to cool on a rack and store on an airtight container.
