Banapple Rolls-ups with Caramel Apple Sauce

INGREDIENTS


10 pcs spring roll wrappers
1' 1/2 cups Mott’s 100% Apple Juice
2pcs ripe bananas, chopped
1pc green apple, chopped
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup white sugar
1 tbsp flour

Sauce:

1 cup Mott’s 100% Apple Juice
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 tsp flour
1 tsp butter, unsalted

Procedure:


1. In a pan, combine brown sugar, white sugar, flour and Mott’s 100% Apple Juice.

2. Cook over medium heat, constantly stirring until mixture caramelizes.

3. Add bananas and green apple. Coat well.

4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

5. Fill spring roll wrappers. Roll and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Sauce Procedure:


1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

2. Add Mott’s 100% Apple Juice, sugar and flour.

3. Stir until thick in consistency.

4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

5. Drizzle over baked Banapple Roll-Ups before serving.
