INGREDIENTS


2' 1/4 cups Mott’s 100% Apple Juice
3/4 cup non fat milk
10 tsp hot water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
7 packets stevia

Procedure:


1. Prepare 2 rectangular gelatin moulds and 2 bowls.

2. In the first bowl, combine 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin, 5 teaspoons of hot water, 1 ¾ cups of Mott’s 100% Apple Juice and 3 packets of stevia. Pour into the mould.

3. In the second bowl, combine 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin, 5 teaspoons of hot water, ½ cup of Mott’s 100% Apple Juice, ¾ cup of non fat milk and 4 packets of stevia. Pour into the mould.

4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until gelatin is set.

5. Slice gelatin into cubes. Combine both flavors in one glass.

6. Top with light whipped cream and serve.
